First up, thank you so much for choosing to go with me for your wedding. It'll be an honour to shoot for your big day, and I'm excited already for it!
To get things moving here, I need a few bits of info from you for the legal side. Here's a 5-step timeline of everything that will happen from here on out:
Good news, you're already here! When you're ready, just scroll down and you'll see the form to fill out with your info.
The part where everything gets locked in and the date is secured. Once you've filled and submitted this Pre-Booking Questionnaire I'll check all the info over, put it into a nice contract and send it over, along with a invoice for a retainer for half the total package cost. Once the contract is signed and retainer is paid then I'll countersign the contract and the date will be secured! This is all done online and digitally to keep everything moving nice, fast and easy.
With the date secured the hard part is done. From here until about a month before the wedding day you can relax and focus on the rest of the planning. During this time I'll be right on hand to give advice or answer any questions you might have. Take a spa day to celebrate!
The details of photography planning, such as schedule as logistics, tends to be one of the final bits you need to sort. About 4-6 weeks from the wedding date, when you've got a good idea of numbers and timings, I'll send you another form - very much like this one - with all the questions I need to know about your big day.
When you've filled it out I'll give you a call and we can go through it, planning bride/groom prep shots timings, group photo combinations or when I'll steal you away for those all-time favourite couple's photos. This is the nitty and gritty part, and we'll have a blast planning out all your favourite shots!
The reason we're all here! I'll send you a message the night before to confirm everything is still looking smooth on my end, and I'll pack up all my camera gear and backups and get an early night, ready for the excitement of the next day.
Phew, that's all of it. Alright, with that said, let's get crackin'!
