Hello there, lovely couple!

We're in the exciting stage now - isn't long now until your big day! Hopefully things are starting to come together, so it's time we got a few details nailed down here. While my style of candid-based photography lets us go with the flow a fair amount on the wedding day, the aim is to have everything planned out in advance so we can keep things running smooth as butter and you can focus on enjoying yourselves.

So, that said, here's a list of everything I need from you:

1. Pre-Wedding Questionnaire

Good news, you're already here! Now we're getting closer to the big day it's time to get some specifics down. This is focused on locations, guest numbers and important people.

2. Group Shot List

To make sure group shots go smoothly and quickly I like to get them all planned out in advance in a nice group shot list. I'll then print this out and carry it around on a clipboard, looking nice and official, so I can tick them off as we go. This way we can make sure we get all the important ones done and no-one essential gets missed. You can always add more on the day - I'll be shooting in the background all day, always ready for another group photo!

3. Schedule of the day

The all-important document. I'll work from this to sort out prep photos schedules, when I can fit in group shots and when I get to drag you both off for those lovely just-married portraits that everyone loves. If you don't have this schedule yet, just write up what you do know and send me over the final version whenever it's ready to go.

It's worth remembering here that weddings tend to run over schedule a good amount, so leaving spare time to catch up or just to relax is always a huge plus!

4. Another chat!

The fun part (I hope). Once the other 3 pieces are with me we'll organise a time to call and go over everything. I can run through the details, arrange timings for photos and make sure we're on the same page about everything from the start of the wedding day until you get your shots back.
